Over the last week or so, the morning show at ABC has been running a feature on the Wonders of the World. It’s always a good idea to remind ourselves what an amazing world we live in, and how much there is to see out there. And it feeds our urge to get out there and travel!
First, check out the slideshows showing the Seven Ancient Wonders and the Seven Natural Wonders. These lists have been around for a long time… someone else’s idea of a promotional stunt, decades ago.
Then ABC assembled a panel to select its Seven New Wonders, with virtual video tours of each site. An eighth wonder is coming up, by popular vote, due to be announced on Friday.
