New Look Ecotourism Travel Guide at

Well, whaddya think of our new home? Eco Travel Logue has been given a wonderful face lift to take us skipping and dancing through the rest of 2008 and beyond. And, to complete the fancy makeover, we’ve been given the new name of Ecotourism Travel Guide. Like it? I do.

Navigating the site is a bit different from the old one but all previous articles are still listed here. If you’re looking for an old article, scroll down to just below where it says ‘Ecotourism News’ and you’ll find the archives which date back to 2006; you can also find a link to the archives at the bottom right-hand side of the page, just beside ‘About Eco Travel Logue’ where you’ll find all the goss about me.

Although it’s not visible just yet there will be a new menu at the top of the page which will allow easy navigation of the site (check out the London Travel Guide or Adventure Travel Guide to see what I mean). It will include information on destinations world-wide according to region; will have a section about ecotourism, the politics, criticisms and up-to-date news pieces and will include information on guides, books and events. Other sections will concentrate on the type of eco accommodations and holidays available, including basic B&Bs, luxurious lodges, eco adventures and relaxing getaways. Whatever eco escape you’re looking for, you should be able to find the information you need at Ecotourism Travel Guide.

If you don’t have time to laze about the website all day but don’t want to miss out on the latest news, views and reviews, sign up for the RSS feed or regular email updates. Just enter your email address into the big orange button in the middle of the website underneath the first entry and you’ll have all the info you need delivered to your virtual doorstep.

And don’t forget, if there’s anything about ecotourism that gets your goat or brings a smile to your face, drop me a line or leave a comment.
